The Actions of Your Success

You begin with a personal training program that provides the training you need to be successful in this industry.  Whether you have no experience or 20 years, our training will "float up" only the courses you need to have the confidence to work with any prospect.  Those with experience can be in the field selling in as little as 5 hours of training.  Others who need more, need to complete up to 10 hours.  The best part of the program is that you have access to the courses 24/7/365.  You can take the courses when you want: evenings, weekends, whenever.

Once you have completed your training, you will use powerful and proven tools to market and set appointments with prospects. These marketing tools are provided through ongoing and advanced training, some programs you earn, and other programs you can purchase.  We provide a number of programs because no two brokers are alike and need different things to succeed.

On the appointment, you start by giving a 10-30 minute presentation that introduces who we are, what we do, and how we do it.  This presentation is the first step in our consultative process. You do not need to be an expert in technology, you just need to be an expert in the presentation.  The system is built on your sales skills to "sell" the benefits of our systems, our experts and our ability to help them succeed at their strategic objectives through technology.

At the end of the presentation, you use our exclusive consulting system to work with key decision makers to asist them in discovering their needs, wants, and desires.  Again, you do not need to be a technology expert, our system guides you and the prospects through a carefully crafted program that takes a step-by-step approach to finding solutions.

Armed with the information gained from our consulting system, you work with a team of internal sales support, mentors, CoreTech Community members and providers to find best of breed solutions for your client.  In this process, you begin to learn about the technology and gain experience working with others.  With each prospect, opportunity and problem, you develop skills, expertise and knowledge that helps you succeed.

Once solutions have been identified and a team organized, the team meets with the prospect or client.  You are the quarterback who orchestrates the meeting, builds the relationship and links the providers and experts to your client. At every step, you build a long-term and ongoing relationship that propels not only this sale, but future sales. Your team will even help you close the deal!

With the help of your team, you learn how to coordinate the install, work with providers, and handle issues and problems.  This on-the-job-training prepares you to meet the needs of the client and create a customer who wants to work with you repeatedly.  Our experienced team is here to help you every step of the way as you learn and grow into your new role.

Through our proven process, you gain clients much like a lawyer or an accountant.  You become a trusted advisor: someone they look to for advice as technology trends change or as infrastructure changes are made internally in their organizations. Our proven systems help you to keep your clients focused on their core business: adding new products and services, while you earn commission.  They win and you win.
