Our Company
Concierge Core Services LLC (“Concierge”) was founded on the principle of consultative sales representation. Just like a well run hotel will have a knowledgeable concierge that is a trusted advisor during your visit, Concierge wants to be that trusted advisor for our client's communication and technology needs.
We know that one size does not fit all. For this reason, we have established sales representation agreements for dozens of providers. Our goal is to wade through the dozens of options to find the solution that best meets our client's needs. Just like a hotel concierge will be able to direct someone to one of dozens of restaurants using several transportation options, Concierge will be able to help a client design a technology solution that will meet their business needs.






Our Tools
We continue to develop and improve our back-office system called the Concierge Workflow Engine (C-WE). Combined with industry-leading order management, CRM and other tools, we have established a solid system of performance in supporting consultative sales.
Our sales team is empowered with our unique sales system that includes processes and methodologies that have been proven successful in helping our clients to uncover their communication and technology needs, find the right options for the client and represent the recommended solution in a way that is easy to understand so clients can make an effective decision.
Our larger clients may be candidates for our client portal called the Concierge Effective Client Management System (ECMS). This system combines cloud-based software, an assigned team for consulting, presales, post-sales, contract and service support.
Concierge has a reputation of using the technology it represents to improve the sales process and the client experience. A good example of this is the Concierge Broker Portal. Showcased in a Microsoft Case Study in 2011, this portal gives our sales team the tools, contacts, information and other resources in one central location enabling them to effectively review and develop customized communication and technology solutions from dozens of provider options.
